This is wonderful Colin. I completely agree and when I’m not woken up by a crying child I always try to make my first thought of the day one of appreciation. Then I try to set an intention for what I want the day to be like. At some point in the morning I will get my meditation in, and it’s those small rituals that give me the strength I need each day.
Thank you so much Selda. It makes a big difference doesn't it when you do these little rituals. It means you are living on purpose rather than just hanging on for the ride... :-)
It’s how the yoga teacher starts class…and I noticed setting the intention for how you want to experience something makes it happen…it’s surreal but true! Thanks for this piece of wisdom 👍

That’s a nice way of phrasing it ☺️
Such a wonderful reminder to come across this morning. Thank you, Colin! 🥰

Thanks so much. Yes, it really makes a big difference to your life when you set the intended outcome of everything you do.
