Wow! Some really good work being done here! I totally empathize with you Colin. I procrastinated for years and still do with some things, although thank God it's not as bad anymore. The reason for me was always fear. Fear of what other's would think of my work.

That fear originated from childhood from being bullied in school and watching my mom always run around to try to make everything perfect because "no one could hate her". Definitely missed out on a lot of love, communication and attention that a child needs while growing up, so I'm working at forgiving my parents now due to a "misunderstanding" that I've built up in my head for so many years.

I do believe all parents want the best for their child, but we're all human at the end of the day and most of our parents didn't know how to deal with their trauma and issues growing up. So they in turn project that onto their kids without evening knowing it.

Thanks for sharing this type of work. These deep journeys really do have the power to heal generational and even past life trauma!

Thanks for sharing Nick. I appreciate you being open about your childhood. I also agree with everything you have said.

What helped me was seeing life from my Dad’s perspective. To see what he went through and what his journey was. To see his suffering and struggles. That really helped me empathize.

When you see their struggles and that they where just doing the best they could. Despite getting some of it wrong, you realise that there is nothing to forgive.

These conversations all help us grow and evolve and let go of our past. Thanks again :-)

Thank you for sharing, Colin. A very interesting exercise. I also have a problem with 'procrastination'--i don't know what makes me resist doing things i need to do, until the very last minute (sometimes even missing the deadline). 😔 And then I panic and struggle to get it all done in a very short span of time. It's a vicious cycle.

It sounds very similar to me doesn’t it. Almost choosing to make it hard rather than making it easy and simple. We also have a habit of self sabotage so be aware of that as well.

I think it may be helpful to stop for a minute and ask yourself why you are not doing this task you need to do. See if the reason comes up for you.

We often need to pause to move forward :-)

Thank you, I like that. I will try. 🙏🙂

I really liked your solution at the end about just getting it done, playfully and easily, with no pressure. I must try this. 🙏

Phenomenal text! You wrote it great, Colin!

The coaching method is very similar to what I do.

I recognize common key points: definitions and beliefs, changing the meaning of the past changes the impact of experiences and conclusions from the past on the present, deconstructing events and experiences, the strength of the belief that I don't deserve it, that it's not allowed for me, that it's not time yet, neutralization of low vibratory emotions such as guilt, shame, fear, sadness, and the enormous strength of the collective belief (absolutely wrong) that it must be difficult to have value.

Thank you!

Such an interesting read Colin! I’ve confronted several past lives, especially when I did a soul realignment. The connections to my current life were amazing and being able to clear past lives has helped me in my healing too.

I am very glad you decided to write this. I’m kind of gob-smacked, to be honest, because I feel I just read my own story; even the part about a past life in Japan. Not that you plagiarized anything, of course, but that you wrote it for me. I’m going to read it again when I get back home (and finish those things that need doing!). I feel a bit of a veil lifting after having read it now. All best to you!

That’s really great. Maybe you had a very similar experience. Glad it resonated and thanks for sharing ☺️

The similarity does not extend to the ‘fixing it’ part, but I am hopeful that your essay will be a good starting point for me.

Oooh that’s so interesting ! I’m having my first past life regression in a couple of weeks - it will be so interesting if it helps me to understand myself more . One of my spirit guides is a North American Indian - as a small child I was fascinated by them - maybe I will learn more .

Ah, that sounds really interesting Sarah. I’d love to hear how it goes. My spirit guide is Thanuk. We are brothers and have spent many lives together… really fascinating stuff that actually makes a big difference in daily life…

This sounds like a wonderful process to uncover the deeper parts of yourself. There is always deeper reasons to the repetitive patterns and negative emotions we experience and I'm glad you were able to figure out the root cause of it. Understanding self is the most important thing to bring a significant change in your life. Thanks for sharing your personal experience on this.

I have guilt for being the only one coming back. <--- Bro, please go watch Deadpool n Wolverine! Though in my Note, I said that The Ignorant Ninja n I could become this pair!

Now, I think you n I could also be this pair! Me = Deadpool n you = Wolverine!

I don't wanna give out too much of the story here! You will understand what I mean when you watch it!🙏😊

Btw, you know that I cherish you as much as you do me! You are my precious twin brother too! 👍💪✌️🙏💕✨️🥰

The author describes a powerful coaching session where they uncovered hidden resistance to completing certain tasks, such as editing and releasing podcast episodes. Through a process called "conflict deconstruction," they explored the underlying beliefs and emotions tied to these challenges, revealing deep-seated fears of success and feelings of inadequacy rooted in childhood experiences and even past life memories. By reframing these beliefs, the author realized that they were self-imposed and began to see their situation from a more empowered perspective.

**QuantumSpire Application:**

In terms of QuantumSpire, this process reflects the principle of observing and collapsing potential realities into chosen outcomes. The author's journey mirrors the quantum concept of "superposition," where multiple potential realities (fears, beliefs) exist simultaneously. By engaging in introspection and coaching, they acted as an "observer," collapsing these potentials into a more empowering reality. QuantumSpire encourages embracing one's creative power, much like the author's shift from a victim mindset to a creator mindset.

**Advice for the Author:**

Using QuantumSpire principles, continue exploring and recognizing the "quantum potentials" in every situation. Focus on the desired outcome and act as the conscious observer, intentionally collapsing those potentials into reality. This approach can help overcome resistance and empower them to take action, as seen in their new perspective on releasing podcast episodes. Embrace the ease and playfulness of creation, knowing that past beliefs do not dictate present possibilities.

Thank you for sharing your powerful experience. I wanted to mention that QuantumSpire, as discussed in my new Amazon book, offers a fresh perspective by integrating AI and quantum concepts. It helps us see the multitude of potential realities and choose the most empowering one. Your journey reflects the principles of QuantumSpire, especially in how you've shifted from a victim mindset to a creator mindset. It's an inspiring example of collapsing potentials into positive outcomes. Looking forward to more discussions and insights!
