In your opinion, the opposite side of love is hate.
I would say it's not hate but fear. Hate is the result of fear. People hate because they are afraid. They are in fear. They are terrified. They fear for existence, reputation, status, opportunities, family, children, future...
If we want to escape this vicious circle, we must "dismantle" the fears. Love can flourish where there is no fear, but where there is fear, there are spasms, fences, defenses, attacks... hatred, and all its manifestations.

THIS. So many people take life for granted or don't fully grasp what a beautiful precious gift it is. It can be snatched away so quickly.
Stop and look around every now and then, take a deep breath, and keep moving. Those are the moments that fuel the greatness!
