Three Things That Can Change Your Life
There are three things I want to talk to you about today.
If you truly understand them—and practice them—they can completely change how you experience your life.
1. Awareness of Your Thoughts, Feelings, and Emotions
The first thing is deep awareness.
You need to become aware of your thoughts, your feelings, and your emotions—and understand the consequences they have on your life. These inner experiences directly shape your outcomes. They shape what you experience, both good and bad.
Negative self-talk, in particular, has a powerful impact on your reality. The things you tell yourself every day quietly influence how you live your life.
The deeper your awareness becomes, the better your life gets.
It really is that simple.
When you start noticing individual thoughts—what they are, where they come from, and whether they are actually true—you begin to realise something important: most of them aren’t true at all.
This is essentially manifestation.
But most people are manifesting without realising it.
You are constantly sending messages to the universe (or God) through your thoughts and emotions. And much of this happens subconsciously. That’s why it’s so important to bring these patterns into your conscious awareness—into the present moment.
Because once you are aware of a thought, you can question it.
You can change it.
Or you can stop it entirely.
Whatever you react to emotionally will persist. It will repeat itself again and again until you let go of the energy around it.
Awareness is where your power begins.
2. The Stories You Make Up in Your Head
The second thing is the stories you tell yourself—and what happens when you believe them without question.
Most of us are constantly making up stories about what’s happening around us. And here’s the truth:
Those stories are usually not real.
But we believe them anyway. We react to them. We take action based on them. And we end up living inside a false version of reality.
I used to do this all day, every day. It was exhausting.
Here’s a simple example.
Someone would park their van on the pavement, blocking the path. I’d have to walk in the road to get past it—with my three dogs. Then I’d imagine an elderly woman having to step into a busy road as well.
In my mind, this person was selfish. Careless. Dangerous.
My heart rate would rise. My body would heat up. My entire emotional state would change.
But the truth was this:
That whole story was made up.
Yes, the van was parked badly. But the driver was probably distracted, thinking about something else. He wasn’t deliberately trying to hurt anyone. He likely had no idea of the impact at all.
It wasn’t personal.
It wasn’t an attack.
It wasn’t intentional.
That realisation was a powerful lesson for me.
Even now, these stories still appear. But I catch them much faster. I take the energy out of them. I remind myself: this is just a story.
If you let these stories run unchecked, they will cause drama, stress, and unnecessary problems. And most importantly, they change your life—because you are manifesting from a place of false emotion.
Practice catching the stories.
Practice letting them go.
3. Taking Responsibility for Your Life
The third thing is responsibility.
The more responsibility you take for your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions, the more control you gain over your life.
No one is coming to save you.
You have to save yourself.
That means doing the work. Seeking guidance. Healing. Evolving into a higher version of yourself.
If you give responsibility for your health to certain pharmaceutical companies with a history of profit-driven decisions, huge regulatory fines, and significant side effects, what outcome do you expect?
If you don’t take responsibility for what you eat and drink—too much alcohol, too much caffeine, processed food that harms your body and drains your energy—there will be consequences.
This also applies to what happens to you in life.
In every situation, on some level, you are involved. Even fear plays a role. If you live in fear of something happening and then it does, that fear itself was a signal. The universe doesn’t hear fear—it hears focus. It hears a request.
This isn’t about blame.
It’s about self-responsibility.
And here’s where the real power is:
When you realise that you created the life you’ve lived up to now, you also realise something else—you can create a life you actually love.
A life where you do what you enjoy.
Have experiences that feel right.
Take care of your body.
Feel calmer and more at peace.
You start to see patterns. You notice what keeps repeating because you keep thinking about it and reacting to it emotionally.
In a higher version of yourself, you become a conscious creator. You see challenges as lessons. You ask, why did I create this? and how do I choose differently next time?
Even something like not getting a job can be seen differently.
Maybe it wasn’t meant for you.
Or maybe fear, doubt, and resistance played a role.
Thoughts like What if I’m not good enough?
What if they don’t like me?
What if someone else is better?
These thoughts are messages. And they shape outcomes.
This doesn’t mean it’s easy.
And it won’t work perfectly at first.
But with consistent practice, your life will change.
So ask yourself this:
What do you actually have to lose by trying these three things?
And what if it works—just once?
That alone could be life-changing.
A dream job.
A soulmate.
A sense of peace you’ve never felt before.
Get out there and create a life you love.
That’s why we’re here, having this beautiful human experience.
