Everything in my life improved when I began getting up at 5:30am. 🌅

Great article!! I 100% agree. I used to hate Mondays so much—Sunday evenings were already filled with anxiety for me. Today, I like to take Mondays off. What a difference! I also don’t use an alarm clock anymore. I get up when I wake up and go to bed when I’m tired.

Time seems to go slower this way, but it also flies when you're having fun. The last 10 years went by so quickly. I can’t believe I’m already turning 42 in a couple of days, I was in my 20ies yesterday, lol.

It’s good that I discovered meditation for myself. Meditation helps to slow down time. It’s quite fascinating. Time is a funny thing. Thanks for sharing this!!

Thanks Alina. That is so awesome and such a much better way of living. I like to get up early because I love early mornings. I do my writing and then go for a walk.

I loved how time has slowed down for you :-)

Thanks! I love early morning walks! Sometimes, when I wake up around 6 a.m., I sneak out for a beach run and a quick ocean swim. My days always feel more balanced when I start my day like this.

I would love to live near the ocean. A friend of mine goes for a dip every morning regardless of the weather.
