Exactly, Colin. In our modern world, there's a serious lack of community and that nourishing human connection, making people feel lonely and less supported. This is what contributes to mental health issues.

When we do the work to uncover the reason behind our depression, then we can permanently cure it.⬅️ I'm curious, how did you cure yours! There must be something that triggered it!🤔
