Great post Colin! and very fitting for where I find myself now. Learning to be more grateful while elimianting what doesn't serve me so that I can start walking in the direction that I desire.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing this issue - I needed it as you know from your reply to my note.

At the end of the day, I love to pause and reflect on my day. I write out a short journal entry about what I did, what I say, how I felt, and then I write a gratitude message. It's very powerful.

<3 I've been living here for 12 years. Originally born in South Korea, grew up in Pennsylvania, lived 12 adult years in California and moved to Peru with my partner and started a family after some travel to find my way. Check out the little photo gallery I posted to see where we are in the high jungle in Peru if you'd like :)

Awesome, I will have a look… I have to say, deep jungle in Peru really sounds like my kind of place ❤️

it has its challenges and tradeoffs. I’ve both loved it and seen it’s lush and alive brilliance and also thought during raw moments was sure everything was going to eat me alive. lol. we are high jungle. not the lowest deep jungle. but it’s still quite wild.
