Great post Colin! and very fitting for where I find myself now. Learning to be more grateful while elimianting what doesn't serve me so that I can start walking in the direction that I desire.

At the end of the day, I love to pause and reflect on my day. I write out a short journal entry about what I did, what I say, how I felt, and then I write a gratitude message. It's very powerful.

Originally born in South Korea, grew up in Pennsylvania, lived 12 adult years in California and moved to Peru with my partner and started a family after some travel to find my way. Check out the little photo gallery I posted to see where we are in the high jungle in Peru if you'd like :)
