The Price of Distraction & Drama

Pure, divine, unconditional love. A feeling, a state of mind that we all have access to if we are willing to open our hearts and receive it.

For in this state, we operate at our highest self. Our physical body operates at a different level.

We can clearly see what we would love to create for ourselves in our lives. Our goals. And with this clarity, we are not distracted by things that don't matter.

Whatever is going on in the media that doesn't directly affect us is in reality irrelevant to our journey. Humans love drama and they crave it and create it for themselves.

They see it all around them when they are focused on it. Your focus creates your reality, always. If you want drama and distraction in your life, then it is there in limitless quantity.

But be aware that it does not serve your higher self. It does not give you a better quality of life. It will not help you reach your goals and ambitions.

All it will do is give you a false sense of life. You think you are living but you are so focused on what everyone else is doing that you are not living at all.

You're just sat on a train, going nowhere but getting older every day. Practically wasting away.

Yes, you will have moments where you do great things but these are fleeting. For your primary focus is not on yourself.

It is like trying to win a running race and being so worried about what everyone else is doing.

How they are feeling, how fit they are, how do they look, how good are they that you forget to tie your shoe laces.

You trip over and fall flat on your face. You were the best runner there but you had no focus on what you really wanted to achieve.

And so you fail and then you feel sorry for yourself and become a victim of the circumstances that you created for yourself.

When you choose to raise above distraction and drama then you have the power of clarity. This is what will serve you. Remember, what you should be seeking, above all else is fulfilment.

That priceless feeling that you are living out your purpose on earth. You are serving yourself and others. You are not harming anyone or anything.

This is not to say you strive to simply be a good person for this can come from your unconscious belief systems. But it is to say that you strive to live in your genius self.

What you truly love doing above all else. In the hustle and bustle of life and constant distractions and drama.

You will never see this unless you take the time out, ground yourself back to earth and give yourself the time and space to reconnect to your true self.

When you operate from your true self then you are not affected by others comments, thoughts and feelings. It is for you to operate in your truth.

You cannot change others thoughts and feelings. They are dealing with their own distractions and drama. They are dealing with their own self-limiting beliefs.

Lots of false fun that achieves nothing. We can get drunk and forget all our problems. We can binge watch a TV show and live for a brief moment in a different reality.

We can distract ourselves from our true life and our true purpose. I am not saying it is not scary. We fear the unknown.

But if we don't search, we won't find it and then we will die without ever knowing. Without ever truly living.

I can promise you, that there is a whole different human experience available to you. One where you create your own life and play by your own rules.

One filled with joy, hope, fulfilment and happiness. Constantly, not just the odd moment.

When we take responsibility for the bad things that happen in our life, then we begin to understand that we can be responsible for creating the good things as well.

So, create more good things in your life and have a better experience overall. Have a few moments of bad things rather than a few moments of good things.

This is within your power as a human. And when you open your heart and allow its power to be fully realised. You will again have a different experience.

You will learn to use the most powerful muscle in your body. You will learn that it is through love that you will function at a higher level than ever before.

In all things that you do. When you operate from your heart, you face less distraction. You face less drama because you simply focus on what you love.

You understand and can clearly see distraction and drama for what it is. Irrelevant. Designed to take you off course.

Designed to put a life you would love into the future that you will get to one day but never do. Focus on breathing deeply.
