Inspiration
It is only through pain and suffering that we can be motivated to find a better way to live our life.
To understand that your human experience on earth is all based on how you play the game.
Do you settle for one job that you are good at or do you explore lots of different jobs and find what you love.
Do you play one sport or play many different sports to find out what you love. Do you seek money or love.
If you had to choose only one, which one would you go for? If you could do anything in this world, what would you do.
Have you stopped to think about it. Have you considered that there is a different experience available to you.
Are you happy and content. What fulfils you in your life. What is the one thing that brings you the most fulfilment.
That deep down gives you a sense of pleasure and satisfaction. That makes you feel like you're living in your genius. People look to you as the expert.
Do you fully embrace your genius or do you live in fear of being seen. Are you still looking for your genius.
If life is ok, you will not be motivated to seek these answers. It is only when you face tension and anxiety that you begin to question if a better way exists.
Especially when you see others and envisage that they appear to be playing a much better game than you. What are they doing different.
What do they know that you don't know. Who inspires you. Are you inspired or are you trapped by the sofa monster.
You just sit there, going through the motions of life. Feeling powerless to make any changes in your life. Making all the excuses.
Not happy to be alive and yet fearful of death. And yet, most are as able bodied as everyone else.
Do you ever notice that some of the most inspirational people are those that have faced the biggest adversities.
They have been to the brink and suddenly realised that they do want to live. They do want to play the game of life and get the best experience they can.
Some are severely disabled but the most joyful, happy and fulfilled. They inspire others to embrace life when they have all the excuses to sit back and do nothing.
But they don't take that option. They understand that life is what you make it. You're in charge. You're in control of the type of life you want to have.
Regardless of physical disabilities, they understand that they greatest power lies in their heart and their mind. We all have the same power.
We can all learn to use our heart and our mind to have a great life experience. We can choose to be in the frequency or vibration of love.
To love everyone we meet. To love unknown strangers. To feel that warmth in our heart when a dog looks at us with unconditional love in their eyes.
To feel that warmth in our heart when we choose love over anger or hate. When we resolve conflicts by sending out love to our enemies instead of hate and resentment.
To understand that a healthy body, mind and spirit all comes from consuming ourselves with love.
The less hate, anger and resentment we have within us, the healthier our whole being is and the happier we are in our life.
We understand that what's done is done. We don't have time machines to go back and repair the past.
Our only job is to take the lesson from our past life experiences and move forward. Spend our time and energy into creating a life we love.
Not spend our life regretting the past and being a victim of past events. We have the power to create whatever we wish now and in our future regardless of our circumstances.
Don't be so serious because our life will pass us by before we realise it. Don't regret the lost years, they are all an essential part of our journey and teachings.
Understand that you truly have the power and responsibility to choose the life you wish to live. It starts with loving yourself and all those around you.
It starts with letting go of your past and focusing on this moment right now. It is what you choose to do in this moment that dictates your future.
