How To Get More Money: Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs

Money is a representation of energy flow. It is the outcome of what you do and how you feel. It is almost a trick to master than enables money to flow to you.

It is a mindset shift that allows you to receive money, freely. It is the result of ebb and flow of a certain type of energy.

One that allows you to thrive but is subject to being blocked by many. It is gratitude and love. It is following your heart and doing what you love doing.

Having money is the end result of what you do in your life, day to day. But it is not what you do but how you do it.

Money itself is unlimited. It is a limitless and abundant energy that is available to all of us. But we have to be open to receiving it.

It is rejection at a subconscious level that affects how much money we have or don't have. Consciously, we always imagine and want lots of money and lots of stuff.

However, subconsciously, we have belief systems running their course. For example, we are not good enough may be a belief we carry around with us.

How can the universe provide us with abundance of anything when we have this belief that we are not good enough to receive this abundance.

And we can't simply try and convince ourselves that we are good enough. That almost has the opposite effect, where it simply makes our true self feel even more: not good enough.

There are similar beliefs of not being worthy. These beliefs are a result of a life time (and especially childhood) of being told by others and deciding for ourselves that we are unworthy of receiving money or even love.

These feelings close down our heart. They close down our ability to receive. And to receive on many different levels. Love, money, friendship, help, amazing job offers and so on.

Allowing yourself to receive help is a big one. I was at a shopping place the other day and there was a woman pushing a heavy trolley up a steep little hill.

The trolley was literally about to start going backwards as she was struggling so hard. I offered to help and at the same time pushed it up the steep part for her.

She was trying to refuse my help because this belief was so ingrained in her that she was willing to have some kind of accident than to accept help from a stranger.

This is such a self-limiting belief that we can't receive help. And along with this, we can't receive money and, we can't receive love.

We may be in love with someone and indeed love them with all our heart. But to feel love. To really feel that you are truly loved is a whole different experience.

And your partner or family probably does really love you way more than you realise. But if you don't allow yourself to feel this by opening your heart and being vulnerable, then you won't feel it's true power.

You may feel love but only to a point. Not the true depth of it. And the big problem, is that when you don't feel loved. Then you self-sabotage relationships.

And this works exactly the same way with money. You self-sabotage your relationship with money. Again, you can receive a certain amount but when it gets too much, then you back off and close down. Subconsciously.

Because that belief system has its point where it kicks in. We all have a different perspective on what a lot of money is. We also have a ceiling for what we are financially worth.

Going above this ceiling or reaching that point where you go from poor to rich will result in self-sabotage. If you are not aware of your self-limiting beliefs.

And it takes work and practice to change your mindset from that who is someone who is poor and unloved to someone that is rich and loved.

You may have heard that some people have a poor mindset. They think like a poor person. This is because they don't feel worthy of having lots of money.

And this is often a generational problem because there has been lots of suffering in a family. And as you grow up, you are told that you are poor and you will remain poor.

And so, you unconsciously make sure you keep this belief going and pass it on to your own children. You don't try at school and try and get clever because there is no point.

You are told that your genetic makeup is poor and stupid. And yet there are many examples of how a child decides that this is not the way of the world and they turn out to be extremely intelligent regardless of their circumstances.

They may thrive or at some point, they may reach that subconscious ceiling and sabotage all of it. The key thing to understand is that there is always a deeper reason behind actions we take in our life. Or even inactions.

You may be stuck in an abusive relationship because you don't feel worthy of deserving more.

The more you can understand how belief systems hold you back in your life and keep you poor, the more you can begin to change your mindset and receive what the universe is desperately trying to offer you.

The more open you are, the more you will receive. On many different levels.

My task for you today is to go and give someone a hug. Your partner or your dog or cat or your best friend. And give them a long hug and really feel their love for you.

Focus on feeling loved. And remember, it is unconditional. It is not based on how the other person (or dog/cat) feels. It is simply based on you feeling loved on a much deeper level.
