Colin, thank you, we are energy as everything is energy. It’s more than true, how we can give ourselves undue pain by letting our ego get in the way. Whether our pain is emotional or physical, we have the power to choose how we want to deal with it, accept and move on, or stay stagnant, without hope and thoughts of doom.
